Attach to a compatible iPhone or MagSafe-compatible case for cable-free charging. Magnetic alignment helps keep the charging surfaces together while you use your phone.
The wireless rating is up to 15W with compatible devices, not a guaranteed charging speed for every iPhone, Apple Watch or AirPods case. USB-C and wireless figures are separate maximums, not a combined 35W output rating.

Designed for MagSafe-equipped models in the iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 families.
Use a MagSafe-compatible case for magnetic attachment through a case. Check your exact model rather than assuming every phone in a series has MagSafe.
Apple Watch
Compatible with Apple Watch Series 4–11, Apple Watch Ultra and Ultra 2.
Place the back of the watch against the charging area. Apple Watch fast charging is not specified, and this is not a wearable charging band.
AirPods
For compatible wireless charging cases, including the AirPods Pro 2 wireless charging case.
Place the case on the charging area and check its charging indicator. Cases without wireless charging support cannot use the wireless surface.
Using a cable? Choose a USB-C to USB-C cable for a USB-C device, or a USB-C to Lightning cable for a Lightning device. The power bank does not have a built-in charging cable.

Recharge the power bank
Connect the USB-C port to a compatible power adapter with a suitable USB-C cable. Check the display for the remaining charge.

Choose wireless or wired
Align a compatible device with the wireless charging area, or connect a device using the appropriate cable and USB-C port.

Confirm charging
Press the power switch to activate wireless charging, then check your device's charging indicator. Reposition the device if needed.

A few charging essentials
Match the charging setup. Maximum speeds require a compatible device, cable and charging protocol. Battery level, temperature, case thickness and alignment can affect charging performance.
Keep the charging area clear. Remove cards, metal objects or other obstructions between the device and the charging surface.
Compatibility is not certification. MagSafe-compatible describes magnetic attachment and supported use; it is not a claim of Apple MagSafe or Qi2 certification.
