SOLIDPOWER X / KNOW YOUR CHARGING MODE

Wall-charger mode
Plug X into a suitable wall outlet for USB-C PD charging at up to 65W, including compatible laptops whose charging requirements fit this output.
35W max.
Power bank mode
Unplug and take the 10000mAh battery with you. Wired output is up to 35W when running from the internal battery, rather than 65W.
25W max.
Magnetic wireless
Use the Qi2.2 magnetic charging surface with a compatible phone. Reaching 25W requires a device that supports the matching wireless charging mode.
These are separate maximum ratings, not outputs to add together. Power is shared when multiple devices are connected; individual devices will not all receive their maximum charging power at once.

X's retractable USB-C cable gives you room to use a compatible phone or tablet while charging. Extend it when needed and guide it back after use to keep your bag free of loose cable loops.
One setup for several essentials
The built-in cable, USB-C port, USB-A port, main wireless pad and dedicated watch charging area support up to five devices together, with shared power.
Check your remaining battery
X's digital display lets you see the battery level before a commute or a day away from your desk. Recharge through its wall plug or USB-C input when needed.
Use the main wireless pad for a phone or a compatible wireless-charging earbud case, one at a time.
DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
Choose the right connection.
iPhone & Android phones
MagSafe-equipped iPhones support magnetic alignment. Other wireless-charging phones, including compatible Samsung models, may need a suitable magnetic case for attachment.
Check your exact phone model. A magnetic case does not add wireless charging to a phone that lacks it, or guarantee 25W charging.
Apple Watch & AirPods
X has a separate Apple Watch charging area rated up to 2.5W. This is not an Apple Watch fast-charging claim or a promise of compatibility with other smartwatch brands.
AirPods require a compatible wireless charging case to use the main wireless pad. Cases without wireless charging need a suitable cable.
USB-C & Lightning devices
A built-in USB-C cable connects directly to compatible USB-C devices. It does not plug directly into a Lightning-equipped iPhone.
For Lightning devices, connect your own compatible Lightning cable to an available USB port. Laptop charging depends on the selected model, operating mode and laptop power requirements.
Magnetic compatibility is not a claim of Apple certification. Maximum charging speeds depend on device support, battery level, temperature, alignment and any connected accessories.

The dimensions above are model-specific and do not apply to the 20000mAh version. Battery capacity is the nominal cell capacity; usable output varies with charging losses and device requirements.

Recharge before you leave
Use the USB-C charging input, or a suitable outlet for a wall-plug model. Check the battery indicator before packing.

Connect your device
Align a supported device on the wireless surface or connect the appropriate cable. Confirm charging on the device's screen.

Pack it back down
Disconnect your devices and stow any built-in cable, plug or stand fitted to your model before placing it in your bag.

For wall-plug models, choose the plug option for your destination. US, AU, EU, UK and a US + EU/UK/AU adapter bundle are listed as package options, subject to model availability.
Do not assume every package includes all plug adapters. Phones, watches, laptops and other demonstration devices are not included.
Use and travel notes
Keep the charging surface clear. Remove cards and metal objects between the wireless pad and your device. Thick or incompatible cases can affect alignment and charging.
Never use a damaged battery. Semi-solid-state technology does not make a power bank damage-proof. Stop using a unit that is damaged, swollen, leaking or unusually hot. Do not puncture, cut or crush it.
Check travel requirements. Verify the battery's printed watt-hour rating and your airline's rules before flying. Power banks belong in carry-on baggage, not checked baggage; carriage and onboard-use restrictions vary.
