Important Charging, Outdoor and Travel Notes
- Solar charging is a slow supplemental function. Charging speed depends on sunlight intensity, panel angle, weather, season, temperature and shadows.
- Use USB-C or Micro-USB input as the primary method for fully recharging the power bank before outdoor use.
- Wireless charging works only with Qi-compatible devices. Remove metal objects, magnetic cards and unusually thick cases from between the phone and charging surface.
- The supplier lists the housing as IP67. Keep all protective port covers fully closed and do not operate wired ports while the product is wet.
- Water and impact resistance can decrease after drops, wear, damaged seals or improperly closed covers.
- When several devices are connected, charging power may be shared between outputs and individual devices may charge more slowly.
- The 33,500mAh figure is the nominal battery capacity. Actual usable output is lower because of voltage conversion, battery protection and normal efficiency loss.
- Do not assume the product is airline-approved. Check the watt-hour rating printed on the product and confirm current airline rules before travel. Power banks must be carried in hand baggage, not checked baggage.
- Stop using the power bank if it becomes swollen, cracked, punctured, unusually hot, internally wet or otherwise damaged.
