Choose this version when your planned setup uses two HDMI connections and one DisplayPort connection.
DISPLAYPORT-FOCUSED OPTION
2 DisplayPort + 1 HDMI
Choose this version when your planned setup uses two DisplayPort connections and one HDMI connection.
Each configuration has three listed video connectors. The number of displays that can operate together, and whether they show separate content, depend on the supported computer-and-dock configuration.

COMPATIBILITY BEFORE CONNECTION
A matching plug is only the start.
Check the computer: Confirm that your laptop supports the dock's video connection method. A USB-C socket alone does not establish display compatibility.
Check the operating system: Windows and macOS display arrangements can differ. Confirm support for your exact laptop and intended monitor configuration; do not assume three independent external displays are available on every computer.
Check the whole setup: Supported resolution and refresh rate depend on the computer, dock, active outputs, displays and cables. Connector count is not a guarantee of simultaneous full-resolution output.
For a multi-screen purchase, confirm the supported display modes before ordering. This description does not promise four external monitors or four independent desktops on every Windows or Mac system.
