We are US-based, but we ship world-wide. if you have a Postal Office in your country, chances are we can ship to you.

For all US buyers, we ship via First Class Mail with tracking number from a US-based order processing facility. For buyers in most other countries, we ship from Hong-Kong via Hong-Kong Post Registered Air Mail with tracking numbers. For Hong Kong and mainland China, we use SF Express or similar express services. For some countries or areas, we may use other carriers such as China Post Registered Air Mail or Royal Mail of United Kingdom.
Please be advised that mail tracking for non-US shipping may be unreliable at times.

Except for pre-order/back-order items, usually we will ship within 1-2 business days.

For US buyers, delivery usually takes 2-5 days; it may take 5-7 days for some remote areas. For buyers in other countries, delivery time varies GREATLY. For most countries, it may take 9-15 days and sometimes it could take 20 days or more and even a month. A large portion of the time is due to custom processing at the destination country and local postal delivery. Usually it takes 2-3 days for shipment to leave Hong-Kong port and another 1-2 days to reach the destination country's custom.

Note: our US order processing center observes standard US holidays, while our Hong-Kong order processing center observes China/Hong-Kong holidays.

All these companies' systems meet the most stringent security requirements.

We use credit card processor Stripe.com to process credit card and debit card payment. They process millions of transactions every month, we believe they are secure, safe and trustworthy -- otherwise we wouldn't have chosen them. Your credit card number will be used once with Stripe.com to authorize your order payment. Your credit card number is never transmitted to our system or saved in our system. You can be assured that even if somebody breaks into our system, they can't steal your credit card information, because we don't have it in the first place.

Do you hate all those websites that require you to register in order to buy something or just view some contents? Many of them you may never visit again! Yes, we hate that. So we make it super easy for you to order on our online store: no registration required, no password to enter and remember. You do need to provide an email address so we can email you order details including an order number which you can use to check your order status and request support and customer services. But we will never sell your email address or use it for anything other than communications related to your order -- that's a promise.
